Pepperoni Bread 1 1/8 cup Water (80 degrees) 1 Tablespoon Olive oil 4 ounces Pepperoni, small dice 1 1/2 Tablespoon Sugar 1/2-teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon Basil 1/2 teaspoon Oregano 2 cups Bread flour 1 cup Whole-wheat flour 2 teaspoons Yeast Add the ingredients to your bread machine in the order listed above. Set your machine for white bread with medium crust. Allow to cool before slicing. Makes a 1 1/2 pound loaf |
