Low Fat Pudding Shakes

Try this easy shake recipe that serves about five.

3 cups of skim milk

1 package of any flavor sugar-free pudding and pie filling

(4 serving size)

1 1/2 cups of fat-free or low- or non-fat frozen yogurt.

You can use fat-free or low-fat ice cream, as well

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process about 30 seconds or until smooth. (If you make strawberry shakes, you may wish to blend in about a cup of fresh strawberries,

also.) Bananas work well, too. Pour shakes into glasses and serve immediately.
