Green Beans With Roasted Red Bell Peppers

1/2 pound Green beans, picked and blanched

1 tablespoon Olive oil

1 teaspoon Garlic, minced

1/3 cup Roasted red pepper (canned), diced

Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the beans and cook until just soft. Add the garlic and peppers. Cook for 2 minutes longer. Check the seasonings. Serve warm. Serves 3-4
