Ginger-Cranberry Relish 2 cups Cranberries (whole, fresh) 1 cup Granulated sugar 1 cup Water 1 1/2 teaspoons Ginger (fresh, peeled and minced) Place all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and cook, stirring frequently, until the cranberries break down (40-60 minutes). Cool before serving. Makes about 2 cups
