Garlic And Lemon Vinaigrette

1/4 cup White wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Garlic, minced

2 Tablespoons Lemon juice

Zest of 1 Lemon

1 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

1 cup Olive oil

Add the vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper to a food processor bowl (or blender). With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the oil. Serve immediately or place in a glass container (with a lid) and refrigerate. Makes about 1 1/2 cups
