Food Processor Hollandaise Sauce

1/4 cup Lemon juice

6 Egg yolks

Dash Salt

Dash Tabasco sauce

1/2 pound Butter, melted

Add the lemon juice, yolks, salt and Tabasco to a food processor bowl. Pulse until well blended. With the machine running, slowly drizzle in the melted butter. Serve over vegetables, eggs or seafood. This quick version works well. Use immediately after making and do not save any that is leftover. Makes about 1 1/2 cups
