Blueberry Grunt

1-pound Blueberries, frozen

1/2 cup Sugar

1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon juice

1 can of Biscuits

1 Egg, beaten

Whipped cream

Preheat the oven to 375. Add the berries, sugar, spices and lemon juice to a skillet (that can go into the oven). Stir to mix well. Top with the biscuits. Brush the biscuits with the beaten egg. Bake, uncovered, until lightly brown (about 25 minutes). Serve warm topped with whipped cream. Serves 6-8
