Basic Lamb Curry Stew 4 Lamb Shoulder Blade Chops 4 Cups of Tomato Sauce 2 tsps Garlic 2 tsps Fresh Ginger 1 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Coriander 1 tsp Parsley 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Red Pepper 3 tablespoon of Olive Oil Brown chops in olive oil and remove. Place all seasonings and sauté in the meat juice just to bring out the flavor. Place all ingredients in a crockpot or Dutch oven (slow cook 325 degrees until meat is tender).
